Adults with Disabilities
Life Coping manages care for adults and children with developmental (DD) and other types of disabilities under the In Home Support Waiver (IHSW).
Our goal is to assure adults with disabilities inclusion and participation in the community. Whether this happens via jobs, improved vocational skills, recreation or other activities, our aim is to help families navigate the complex landscape of services and opportunities.
Our experienced staff helps adult disabled individuals, along with their families, navigate the complexities of day-to-day living. Our Case Managers will help you to navigate the Area Agencies and get the most appropriate services for you or your family member. You have the right to choose your own Case Manager according to New Hampshire rule, He-M 503.09(a), 522.09(a).
An independent Case Manager/Service Coordinator offers you checks and balances in the services provided by the Area Agency. Case Management/Service Coordinator is covered under the Medicaid waiver program and it is a paid part of your services
