Children with Developmental Disabilities

Life Coping supports children with developmental disabilities under the In Home Support Waiver (IHSW). Our experienced staff works for you to support your child with developmental disabilities. Our case managers will help you navigate qualified New Hampshire agencies and get you the services you need. Life Coping will:

• Develop an individual service plan (ISP) to maximize your child’s inclusion and participation in the community.
• Coordinate appointments and guide you through the eligibility process
• Access authorized services according to the unique needs of each individual family.
• Facilitate meetings with area agencies and help ensure quality service.

  Life Coping provides ongoing training for our staff to ensure that the latest information and supports are available to all clients.
